Frank Foreman
Lead Minister
Frank has served in ministry since attending Cincinnati Bible College and previously served in the U.S. Naval Reserves. He loves the local church and considers it a great blessing to teach and serve at NHCC. Frank and his wife Jeannine have two children, Nick and Celine, and cherish the joy of church family life.
Scott Lineberger
Elder
Scott spent over 25 years producing award-winning commercial and documentary films. Now serving as an elder, he is humbled by the responsibility and excited to help lead the church in sharing the Gospel with the community.
Clay King
Elder
Clay began ministry in 1995 in counseling and later served as a pastor until semi-retiring in 2024. He continues preaching, teaching, and mentoring men and families at New Horizons. Clay and his wife Sheila live in Minneola, and he enjoys time with their daughter Jamie, son-in-law Michael, and grandchildren. His hobbies include woodworking, photography, and wrestling with the grandkids.
Anthony LePore
Worship Leader
Anthony leads worship at New Horizons, creating Christ-centered, Spirit-led experiences that draw people closer to God. He is also a screenwriter and voice actor with a passion for storytelling rooted in truth and redemption. Outside of ministry, he enjoys time with family, creative projects, and games.
Juan Rivas
Co-Worship Leader
Juan serves as Co-Worship Leader at New Horizons. Originally from Delaware with Puerto Rican roots, he has lived in Florida for over 20 years. He enjoys playing and recording music, spending time with his daughter Leah, and relaxing with board games, video games, and sports.
Celine Foreman
Children's Ministry Director
Celine has been part of New Horizons Christian Church since childhood and now leads the children's ministry. She loves helping kids grow in their faith and building a strong church family. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and barrel racing.
