As life continues to move along at a tremendous pace, it becomes more and more difficult to fill our lives with things of substance. Many people may be busy wasting their time. I believe most people want to live their lives with substance for good purposes; they don’t want to waste their lives.

Catherine Smith (Ruth Sweeting’s friend) – Appt. at Mayo Clinic this week to see if they can help improve sight in her eye—she is blind in her other eye

Bob Lewis (Teresa LeBruno’s dad) – Pray for continued recovery

Vercamen Family – Safe travel to NYC to take Amanda to school

Amanda Vercamen – Prayers for extra comfort and strength and that she finds a good church home

Edwin Sostre (Keith Nietrzeba’s co-worker) – Marital problems

Jacki Roschbach (Jay Nietrzeba’s friend) – PTL! Drug therapy resolving health issues; able to return to work; continue to pray for her strength

Luke Howard (Mary Beth Bracht’s uncle) – Pancreatitis

We Can Make A Difference In Our World

How can we, as God’s people and members of Christ’s church, have a positive influence on the general public, so as to reach as many of those people as possible? The early Christians gave themselves wholeheartedly to the things of God. If we want to be the church God wants us to be, we too, must devote ourselves to the things of God, enumerated herein.
