LIFE GROUPS—-Doing Life Together
There are 6 reasons why you need to be involved in a Life Group: (1) Because we all need each other and Life Groups are great places to learn to give and take; (2) Because you have friends who are looking for someone to do life with, and a Life Group is a great place to do life together; (3) Because they are fun–you will enjoy them; (4) Because you will develop stronger friendships with other followers of Christ; (5) Because Life Groups will help you develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ; and (6) Because most of them serve refreshments. (Just joking about #6) Some of our groups are targeted for special needs or interests, while others are for everybody.
1. Women’s Fellowship and Bible Study–This group is currently meeting the first, third, and fifth Wednesday of each month at 7 PM. Besides Bible studies, this group has many social activities and projects to help people in need. Plus, they frequently have guest speakers who talk about issues that concern women. Contact Donna Russell (407-276-2091 or donna.russell22@gmail.com) or the church office (407-654-5050) for meeting location or for more information.
2. Mens Life Group–This group meets for breakfast, Bible study, and fellowship at a local restaurant on the last Saturday of each month. (Call 407-654-5050 or write Minister@NHCChome.org for meeting location.)
3. Sunday Morning Bible Classes–We offer Bible classes for all ages every Sunday morning from 10-10:30 AM at Westbrooke Elementary School, 500 E. Tomyn Blvd., Ocoee, where we meet for worship. Contact the church office for more information, 407-654-5050 or Info@NHCChome.org .
4. Personal Bible Studies–Though this is not necessarily a group, we want you to know that our Pastor offers personal Bible studies for individuals and families. He will meet with you in your home or at another convenient place. These studies provide a basic foundation of knowledge for understanding the Bible and God’s plan for our lives. Contact the church office for more information, 407-654-5050 or Info@NHCChome.org .
